Hacked by Trojan 1337: Indian Hacker Breaches Pakistan’s National Certainty Holdings & Bureau of Statistics

In a major cybersecurity incident, Pakistan?s National Certainty Holdings (NCH), operating under the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, has reportedly been hacked by an Indian hacker going by the alias ?Trojan 1337.?

The attacker claimed responsibility for breaching the internal NCH database, stating that sensitive administrative, mapping, and district-level coordination records were accessed, extracted, and leaked. The breach has raised serious concerns over the security of Pakistans government and land-governance data.

Details of the Breached Data

According to the hacker, the compromised information includes:

  • NCH Private Assignment Records

  • NCH Government Assignment Records

  • NCH Tehsils-Level Data

  • NCH Qanoongo Halqa Structure

  • NCH Patwar Circle Mapping

  • NCH Villages Registry

  • District Coordinator Internal Reports

Authorities in Pakistan have not yet issued an official statement regarding the breach. Cybersecurity experts warn that exposure of structured administrative datasets could have serious implications for governance and national digital infrastructure.

Reason Behind the Hack

The hacker stated that the cyberattack was carried out in retaliation for the November 10, 2025 car explosion near Delhi?s Red Fort, which killed at least 15 people and injured over 20 others. Delhi Police reported that two to three individuals were inside the vehicle at the time of the blast, and preliminary investigations suggested it could have been a suicide attack. On 12 November 2025, the Government of India officially declared the incident a terrorist act.

The attacker claimed that this motivated the hacking operation against Pakistans NCH, framing it as a retaliatory measure.
